Beehive with fragile dough

 



Ingredients

Dough:

Flour: 3 and a half cups

Instant yeast: 1 tablespoon (fine)

Baking powder: a teaspoon

Salt: a teaspoon

Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Yogurt: half a cup

Corn oil: half a cup

Warm water: half a cup

Filling:

White cheese: a cup (feta)

Parsley: ½ cup (chopped)

Egg white: 1 piece

For polishing:

Egg yolk: 1 piece

Milk: a tablespoon

Vinegar: a quarter of a teaspoon

To decorate:

Sesame: a quarter cup

How to prepare

Dough: In the mixer bowl, put 3 cups of flour, yeast, baking powder, salt and sugar, yogurt, oil and water. Install the dough hook and work to get a smooth dough with the addition of flour as needed. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place to double in size.

Find an 11-inch rectangular or round tray. Wipe it with oil or put butter paper in the tray.

Shape the dough into balls.

Filling: In a plate put the cheese, parsley and egg white, my heart to mix.

 Put a little filling in each ball, close it well.

Put the dough balls next to each other in the tray.

Cover the dough and leave it for 10 minutes until it doubles in size.

To polish: In a plate put the egg yolk, milk and vinegar, and using a brush, wipe the surface of the balls. Then sprinkle some sesame on it.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the beehive until golden. Her feet are warm.
